The conference and its evening events take place within the city centre of Nottingham, and so we recommend that you book accommodation in one of the wide range of hotels within the city centre.
Some of Nottingham’s city centre hotels are listed below. A listing does not necessarily constitute a positive recommendation from the conference organisers, and we have included links to the hotels’ own webpages and their Tripadvisor pages so that you can inform yourself about the location, facilities and suitability of each hotel. There is a map at the foot of the page which shows the locations of the hotels, and also their proximity to the conference venue and to stops on the Nottingham tram network.
These hotels are located in the streets immediately around the conference venue, and just a few minutes walk from either the Nottingham Trent University or Royal Centre tram stops.

Lace Market area
These hotels are in the historical Lace Market area of Nottingham, which is two tram stops from the conference venue, and very centrally-located for city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and arts and entertainment venues, including the Broadway independent cinema and the Nottingham Contemporary art gallery.
These hotels are in the streets close to or surrounding Nottingham Castle. They are slightly further out from the conference venue (around 5-10 minutes walk), and from the tram network (between 5-10 minutes from Old Market Square tram stop), but all are still conveniently located for both the university and the city centre. Travelodge, Holiday Inn and Park Plaza are on the busy Maid Marian Way, and are also close to some late-night venues, this might be a consideration for noise.

The tram stop at the train station is 3 stops from the conference venue.
